Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our Commitment

At LUMAS Regeneration, every appointment is thoughtfully prepared to provide a calm and personalised wellness experience. This policy helps us respect both our clients' time and the time reserved for each session.

Booking Your Session

Appointments may be booked online, by phone or by email. A booking is confirmed once payment or any required deposit has been received.

Changing or Cancelling Your Booking

We understand that plans sometimes change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we ask that you let us know as early as possible.

• 48 hours or more before your appointment: Your session may be rescheduled or refunded.

• 24–48 hours before your appointment: Your session may be rescheduled without penalty where possible.

• Less than 24 hours before your appointment: Fees may be retained as the appointment time has been reserved exclusively for you.

• Failure to attend without notice (no-show): The full session fee may be forfeited.

Exceptional circumstances will always be considered at the discretion of LUMAS Regeneration.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate your appointment. However, your session may need to be shortened so that subsequent appointments are not affected. The full session fee may still apply.

If We Need to Change Your Appointment

If LUMAS Regeneration needs to reschedule or cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you a new appointment time or a full refund of any payment made.

Refunds

Refunds may be available where LUMAS Regeneration cancels a session and an alternative appointment is not suitable, where required under Australian Consumer Law, or in other exceptional circumstances approved at the discretion of LUMAS Regeneration. Refunds will generally be processed using the original payment method.

Wellness Packages

LUMAS Regeneration offers wellness packages, including 5-session and 10-session packages.

• Wellness packages are valid for 36 months

• Unused sessions may be transferred to another person.

• Packages are designed to provide flexibility while encouraging an ongoing wellness journey.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are a thoughtful way to share the LUMAS experience.

• Gift vouchers are valid for 36 months.

• Gift vouchers may be transferred to another person.

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where you are entitled to a remedy under the law, those rights will always apply.
