Welcome to LUMAS Regeneration. These Terms & Conditions explain the relationship between you and LUMAS Regeneration when you visit our website, make a booking or attend one of our wellness sessions. By using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

About LUMAS Regeneration

LUMAS Regeneration provides non-invasive whole-body Cold Atmospheric Plasma wellness sessions using the Human Regenerator™ jet within a calm and thoughtfully designed wellness environment.

Our services are intended to support general wellbeing. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease and should not be considered a substitute for advice from your medical practitioner or another qualified health professional.

Eligibility

Clients must provide accurate booking information.
The Human Regenerator™ is not recommended for children under 14 years of age.
Clients under 18 years of age may only attend with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
LUMAS Regeneration may decline or postpone a session where participation is considered inappropriate or unsafe.

Bookings & Payments

Bookings may be made online, by phone or email.
Payment or any required deposit is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
Confirmed bookings will be honoured at the price applicable when the booking was made.

Wellness Packages

LUMAS offers 5-session and 10-session wellness packages.
Packages do not expire.
Packages may be transferred to another person.
Unused sessions are non-refundable except where required under Australian Consumer Law or approved in exceptional circumstances.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 24 months.
Gift vouchers may be transferred to another person.
Gift vouchers are redeemable for LUMAS services and are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Your Responsibilities

Provide complete and accurate information relevant to your booking.
Advise us of significant changes to your health before your session.
Follow the guidance of LUMAS staff during your visit.
Treat staff, other clients and the clinic environment with respect.

Health Information

Before your first session you will be asked to complete a Client Consent & Acknowledgement Form. This helps us understand information relevant to providing your wellness session safely.

Cancellation & Refunds

Bookings are subject to the LUMAS Cancellation & Refund Policy. By making a booking you acknowledge that you have read and accepted that policy.

Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, website content, photographs, written material and other intellectual property remain the property of LUMAS Regeneration unless otherwise stated and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, LUMAS Regeneration is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that arise from the use of our website or participation in our wellness services. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
